Overview
Yas Acre’s first mega phase which consisted of 652 townhouses and villas encompassed The Redwoods, The Cedars, and Aspens. The phases currently under construction include the Magnolias which consists of 312 townhouses , the Dahlias which is made up of 120 townhhouses, duplexes, and villas, as well as Lea and North Bay. Once complete Yas Acres will have over 1,422 residential units. Lea and North Bay are the unique phases of this community, where Lea offers plots of land where buyers can build custom villas, North Bay is a mixed-use area that also allows for custom construction and also comes with the exclusive amenities and facilities dedicated to the bay area.

Yas Acres’ many phases follow a similar pattern, and that is of refined golf-side living. The gated communities of Yas Acres are enveloped in greenery and display a smart community design with many courts, running tracks, outdoor workout areas, and many community centers. The Yas Acres Golf & Country Club is a great place to grab a bite in, engage in everyday grocery shopping, or play a game of padel.
Although each community is accessed separately, the different phases of Yas Acres work collectively to give residents a holistic and enchanting experience. This means residents of one phase can enjoy access to the other phases of Yas Acres. Lifestyle and Entertainment in Yas Acres
Yas Acres is very much a laid back community, but that’s not to say there isn’t much to do here. On the contrary, when we visited the community in 2023, we found an abundance of courts — from the full fledged football field in The Cedars, to the padel courts in the golf club, each phases dedicated community center, as well as the private and public pools spread throughout the community, there is an endless list of things to do. This is of course in addition to the action-parked attractions that Yas Island is known for.
Yas Acres has a supermarket in its golf club, and another smaller convenience store at the nearby ADNOC filling station. For more options and diversity the Yas Mall is only a five minute drive away.

There are anumber of educational institutes on Yas Island that Yas Acres’ residents can depend on for providing kindergarten up to high school education, the closest of which is SABIS International School which can be accessed by foot from The Cedars.
