Tummy Yummies, FNB and Arabisk are also a short walk away from this office building. Tummy Yummies offers healthy fast foods, whereas the latter two specialize in mostly Arabian foods.
There are many cleaners and caretakers maintaining this facility around the clock. The offices’ help is highly professional and courteous to all users of the building. Three60 (known as Kingfield) manages this building brilliantly and any facility hiccups are dealt with promptly.
The round driveway of this building is always teeming with taxis and there are always buses passing by every 20 minutes or so at the nearest bus station which is only a short 1-minute walk from the tower’s entrance. Another bus station that is near the Shams Boutik is also a popular choice for those working at the Addax Tower. Generally, buses 65 and 67 are the two main buses for arriving at and departing from this location.
