SEO Content Writer Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven SEO Content Writer to aid in developing optimized web content. The SEO Content Writer’s responsibilities include working closely with our SEO Specialist to achieve SEO objectives, increase content production, measure the success of SEO, and assist with the maintenance of website architecture in accordance with SEO best practices.

To be successful as an SEO Content Writer, you should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of technical SEO, backlink acquisition and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills. Ultimately, an SEO Content Writer should have outstanding knowledge of SEO, a passion for the industry and great time management skills.
Familiarity with paid ads, social media, and digital marketing as a whole added an added bonuses.

SEO Content Writer Responsibilities:
Creating high-quality SEO content.
Assisting with blog content.
Carrying out keyword research and optimization of content.
Aiding with PR and outreach.
Aiding with conversion rate optimization.
Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.
Coordinating with designers and videographers to supplement web pages with attractive visuals.
Coordinating with web developers to enhance website experience and chances of ranking.
Producing SEO strategies for multiple industries.
Troubleshooting website technical issues with the help of a developer.
Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of the competition.
Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.

SEO Content Writer Requirements:
A portfolio of spotless written pieces.
Marketing degree or related.
At least one year’s experience with SEO.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
A good background with either SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
Familiarity with prompt engineering.
A proven track record of SERP rankings.
A thorough understanding of site structures and on-page best practices.
Good knowledge of back link analysis.
An eye for detail.
A passion for SEO and an appetite for learning.
English writing skills is a must.
Arabic writing skills are an added bonus.
A friendly demeanor and a go-getter attitude.

Job Description:

Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales or leasing in the territories assigned to you.
Liaising with potential clients through calls, emails, etc. in order to accommodate their rental requirements until the appropriate property is found.
Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers.
Meeting clients who are interested in selling/buying or leasing their property.
Meeting potential clients and guiding them on tours of available units.
Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
Monitor the property market for new and old properties up for sale.
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
Evaluate the objectives of a client to identify their needs and requirements.
Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments.
Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers, and clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions and close deals.
Requirements;

Real Estate experience is preferred.
Arabic Speaker will be preferred.
A driving License with a Car is required.
Ability to focus & work on the client’s requirements.
